Activision Blizzard Sued in Unbelievable Lawsuit
Horrifying new allegations of sexual harassment, abuse, frat culture, and even employee suicide have been revealed in the state of California’s lawsuit against Activision, the company behind Call of Duty, Warzone, World of Warcraft and more.
The State of California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing is suing Activision, alleging horrifying, constant, and in one case incredibly tragic treatment of their female employees. Not only is Activision and blizzard accused of not paying or promoting female employees at the same rate as their male staff, they are called out for a frat boy culture of acceptable sexual harassment and abuse at the workplace.
From so called “Cube Crawls”, where male employees at Activision would allegedly get drunk and literally crawl in to the cubicles of female employees to grope and sexually harass them, to one case where a female employee committed suicide on a business trip where her male supervisory brought sex toys with him, the accusations are incredibly disturbing.
What may be worst of all, is that high ranking executives, including Blizzard President J. Allen Brack, were allegedly informed about the harassment, abuse, and frat boy culture, but apparently did nothing.
