Nickmercs Defends HUGE Twitch Falloff
Nickmercs defended his falling viewership on Twitch during Apex Legends streams, saying he never streamed a game just because it was the best for his views, and that playing games he didn’t love was boring.
Nickmercs has seen his viewership on Twitch steadily drop over 40% as he has dedicated more of his streams to Apex Legends while other big streamers are playing Halo Infinite or Warzone...but Nick says he’s not sweating the drop in viewers. Nickmercs said his streams on Twitch aren’t about that, they are about testing himself and having fun.
TimTheTatman also supported Nickmercs, saying that Nick has to play what makes him happy, and taking a shot at those criticizing Nick for playing Apex Legends. TimTheTatman said if “falling off” on Twitch meant getting 20,000 viewers and being a multi-millionaire playing the games you love...all the people calling Nickmercs out would sign that deal in a heartbeat.
