The Honolulu Board of Realtors just released its latest local market update for the first quarter of 2023. There was a significant drop in the number of homes and condos that were sold during the quarter, with the Ewa area seeing the biggest drop in single-family home sales and the Makiki-Moiliili area seeing the biggest drop in condo sales.
