Colorful Kimchi from Out of the Box/김치는 왜 배추로만 해

napa cabbage
Savoy Cabbage
celery
carrot
Cranberry
Kale
Colorful Radish + Beet
-
Dill
Garlic
Ginger
Green onion
pear
onion + green onion
red+ orange bell pepper
ahh... of course...don't forget
salt for salted/ tasted vegetables
sea salt or pink salt

colorful radish kimchi
slice watermelon radishes
julienne cut and salted with a little bit of sea salt and drain
add sliced onion + diced celery stalk
add green onion + chopped red hot pepper

kale kimchi
add sliced cranberries + garlic
add sliced onion
chopped green onion+ sea salt for taste

yellow beet kimchi
add julienne-cut carrot
sea salt for taste
add green onion+ ginger+red hot pepper

napa+savoy cabbage kimchi
salted and drained sliced napa/savoy cabbage
add sliced carrot+ onion+pear
add all spice ingredients
(garlic, ginger, green onion, red hot pepper)

celery kimchi
add sliced onion + garlic+ dill
salt for taste

need some sweet? add a bit of maple syrup!
