Taiwan People's Party Chairman Ko Wen-je is currently embroiled in multiple scandals, including the political donation fraud case, the Jinghua City case, and two other major controversies. Recently, he was exposed for using 43 million NTD (approximately 1.75 million SGD) in election subsidies to purchase commercial property and become a landlord, severely damaging the People's Party's image. Both within and outside the party, there are increasing calls for Ko Wen-je to step down.
