Is MILK a DANGER to our health? Let's discuss it with Michela De Petris
Let's return to the topic of MILK, a food that many consider excellent, while others consider it a kind of poison. But where is the scientific rationale and consistency? Is MILK really a DANGER to our health?
Let's talk with Michela De Petris, a nutritionist. Michela graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2000 in Milan and specialized in Nutrition Science in 2004. She worked at the National Cancer Institute in Milan (among other places, collaborating with Dr. Franco Berrino, whom our members know very well) and then at the San Raffaele Hospital, also in Milan. She specializes in vegetarian, vegan, raw food, and macrobiotic nutrition. She focuses on the nutrition of cancer patients, supporting them during the delicate phases of the disease. She is the author of many books, including: Buono, Sano, Vegano (Mondadori, 2015); Vegetarian Choice and Cycling (Il Pensiero Scientifico, 2012) and I Eat Healthy, I Cook Vegan (Macroedizioni, 2015).
Enjoy!
