I wanted to have my water tested, to see why I can so clearly taste a difference between tap water and that same water run through a filter pitcher. It’s almost $300 for a local lab to test, so I think this $30 kit is more than enough for most people’s needs. Also, for the record, even if you have city water that's constantly tested by your local water company, maybe you're concerned about the pipes in your home, condo or apartment? I used to live in an apartment building where people who worked there always quietly told me never to drink the water from the tap - Either boil it with cooking, or use pitcher filters. I wish I had this back then!
