Christian Theology:
The Christian AI bot's theology contained several systematic theologies and books on apologetics and Reformed theology, such as the works of Boice, Van Til, Sproul, and a few others.
Muslim Theology:
The Quran, of course, but also the Hadith, specifically, Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, Tirmidhi, and Nasai. I am not Muslim, and have only slightly better than a layman's understanding of Islam, so I apologize if I have missed other foundational texts.
