Name track and name it's receive track with the same name at the same time

Hi, was wondering if you know of any way to automatically name a track that receives from another? I have created a new project template with a bunch of tracks, each one sent to another track which will be used as a headphone monitor mix. What I'd like to happen is that when I record into a track and it gets named, say, 'lead vocal', the corresponding receiving track in the monitor mix also takes on the name. Hope that makes sense! Many thanks... I'm sure you'll know right off the top of your head if it's impossible! Pete
