Not covered in this video, but here is the Baltimore City Fire Department Audio. Of note in this audio is that BCFD did not know it was a total collapse until Engine Company 57 arrived at Fort Armistead and had a visual of the bridge around 1:52am which was more than 22 minutes after the collapse. Also in the BCFD audio, they state that 2 cars made it past before traffic was stopped.
