Inflation makes everything go up in price over time, but next year’s bill seems like it hiked more than usual 🤯
This applied to my personal house, rentals and other real estate projects.
Before you blindly accept the renewal premium, you should shop around for the same coverage and see if it’s in line with the new adjusted premium.
Worst case, it comes in around the same ball park and now you know that you’ve kept your current insurance company honest with their increase.
If you can find a significantly better quote, look into it further and see if it’s a comparable quote and then see if it’s worth switching for the savings.
Always be reviewing the expenses on each investment every year to ensure you’re maximizing your profits. 💸
