What does this mean?
Taking small, consistent wins over the long-term add up in a big way 📊
I’m not always trying to hit a home run or grand slam on every single deal. 🙅♂️
Even though the profit projections might look better, there’s always more risk to higher profits 🚨
I know that sounds contradictory, but you have to consider that larger projects at higher price points generally:
1. require more rehab 🛠️
2. have less buyer pool 🤷♂️
3. take longer to sell 📆
4. buyers that are VERY particular related to
Layout/Size
Finishes/Aesthetics
Location/Neighborhood
Many buyers at the price points that I do my projects are just ecstatic to be in their very first home to starting building wealth. 🎉
Next time you’re considering starting out, try to hit a couple singles before venturing into riskier deals.
