Facebook, meta is Destroying my small family business
Hey everyone, I have a pressing issue to share about Facebook and its impact on my business. Facebook is significantly damaging my business, causing it to suffer. I want to clarify that this is not clickbait or a waste of your time. I'm not trying to lure you into watching a video or sell you anything. I genuinely need to convey something important.

I am the owner of a small business located in Merit, British Columbia, Canada. Over the years, I have diligently managed a small credit card with a minimal balance, making it easy to handle payments without going overboard. However, this morning, I woke up to an alarming discovery. My credit card, which I had recently paid off and was grateful for, had been completely maxed out.

To my surprise, there were multiple Facebook charges amounting to $800 each, which had pushed my credit card to its limit. Concerned, I immediately contacted my credit card company, but unfortunately, they couldn't take any action since the charges were still pending. They advised me to reach out to Facebook first.

Here's the situation: my credit card has been entirely exhausted due to these Facebook charges. Moreover, I have approximately $23,000 in advertising expenses on Facebook, and this is the latest invoice. However, the invoices have become convoluted due to the substantial amount owed. Let me break it down:

The charge labeled "Helping Out Local Business" for $2.18 is not mine.
There's another charge for $758 that I don't recognize.
The charge of $677 is likely related to a promotional post, possibly "Mic in the Night."
I have around 45 similar charges, totaling around $25,000 to $30,000, for which I'm being held responsible.
To resolve the issue, I've tried reaching out to Facebook through their Messenger platform, but I keep receiving automated responses about resolving payment issues. I've explained that these charges are not mine and that they need to reverse them. However, the Meta Business Support Messenger appears to be offline or terminated, abruptly ending any possibility of a discussion.

Furthermore, I received an email from Meta (formerly Facebook) stating that if I don't settle the outstanding balance, approximately $27,000, within 30 days, they may resort to collection agencies or legal action. I'll need to review the email again to confirm the details. They have offered a payment plan for the unused $27,000, or they may take some alternative action.

This unexpected situation is severely damaging both me and my business. I urge you all not to link your credit card to any platform like this. If such an incident occurs, you'll find yourself in a situation like mine, and the blame will fall on you for trusting Facebook with your card details. I have only run a few advertisements for my store to attract some business, and now I'm dealing with this nightmare.

I'm doing my best to contact someone at Facebook. I've been at my store since 6 a.m., and it's now almost 10 a.m. I wanted to record this video to show you the ordeal that ordinary people face. It's an outrageous situation. I now have to fight with my bank to resolve the unauthorized transactions, which have accumulated to nearly $25,000 to $27,000.

They have been charging my Facebook account $700 to $800 per day for the past month, and I had no idea. I received no emails or notifications regarding these charges. In contrast, when I promote something for $2, $5, or $6 myself, I receive a verification email from Facebook Meta, confirming the approval of the promotion. This inconsistency baffles me.

I'm currently in a vulnerable position, as this ordeal is significantly impacting both
