The Great Plant Hunt
The Great Plant Hunt was a five-year joint project between the Toyota Fund for Europe and the Foundation for Environmental Education that ran from 2015 to 2020. The project educated students about the importance of biodiversity, with a particular emphasis on plant species, and aimed to shape young people into advocates for conservation. The project was implemented in 16 countries around Europe and engaged students in hands-on activities to promote biodiversity in their schools and communities. Educational materials for the project were provided by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew with funding from the Wellcome Trust.
