Check out the video as I put it to the test. I smoked and seared some bone in Pork Chops on my @LouisianaGrillsBBQ 1200 Black Label Series Pellet Grill. I seasoned the Pork Chops with Midnight Smoke Rub from AC Barbecue and smoked them at 250 until they reached 130 degrees internal. I pulled them off and seared them on each side to finish cooking.
