About the presenter: Page Nicol has been involved as a franchise owner, developer and consultant for over 35 years. After graduating University of San Diego, Page started in commercial real estate as a retail specialist. In 1987 he purchased his first Mail Boxes Etc (UPS Store) franchise and soon
thereafter became the Master Franchisee for San Diego. Over a 25 year period he built and sold over 65 UPS Stores. His UPS Stores consistently ranked in the top 1% of all UPS Stores in the United States.
In 2001 Page purchased (along with his brother) FranNet Southern California and later FranNet Pacific Northwest. These FranNet territories are the top producing areas in the United States and consistently help hundreds of individuals successfully start their own business.
Along with UPS Store and FranNet, Page has started more than a dozen different businesses ranging from marketing to consulting, commercial signage and executive suite offices. He takes his wide ranging knowledge of business ownership and shares it with other individuals looking to learn how to start their own business.
