I hate to say this, but Dolores Umbridge was not the worst Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher in the series. She at least covered some theoretical lessons, even though she didn't allow the use of wands. On the other hand, the Carrow focused solely on teaching dark arts, making students use the Unforgivable Curses on each other. What do you think?
