A time lapse of the Red Moon Lunar Eclipse on May 16, 2022 in Southern California
This is a 20 second time lapse of the Red Moon Lunar Eclipse on May 16, 2022. I started filming this just after the total eclipse. I set my new GoPro to night time laps. The exposure was set to 10 seconds. This was good for the time I started the camera. However, as soon as the moon came out of the eclipse, it was too bright for this setting. I think I should have set the exposure setting to auto. This may have prevented this moon blowout. Thanks for watching.
