Noelle Hannibal can't wait to meet her fans... and she has a favor to ask
Noelle Hannibal is a featured guest at Las Cruces Comic Con August 17-18, 2024. She is very happy to be able to meet all her local fans. She does have a small favor to ask. If anyone has a guitar for her to borrow for the weekend so she can do some open mics around town, she would be very appreciative.
