Homemade server rack filled with servers.
This is just a short overview of my home server rack. The rack houses:
Sun Microsystems Sunfire V100s
SuperMicro 1U Server (Minecraft) with custom paint and LEDs
Watchguard Firebox II running pfSense and other mods
Custom built Intel Atom Web Server, running Ubuntu.
Custom built File Server running over 20TB on WHS 2011.
Trendnet 26 port Gigabit switch
TP-Link Gigabit switch
Actiontech(?) Router, used for IPTV only
The rack is custom made from MDF, pine and some bolts/nuts/nails. I designed the rack in Google Sketchup and created it in my house. It can hold more servers than I have in it. I also have it on casters so it can move with ease, for work.
