ILO Our.COOP training: Empowering communities through cooperative knowledge
Government officials, farmer groups involved in coffee, rice liquor, and beekeeping, as well as Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) school teachers and students in Lao People’s Democratic Republic participated in the ILO Our.COOP training. They were equipped with knowledge about cooperatives for community development. The training was conducted in collaboration with COOP Okinawa, the Japanese consumer cooperative, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
