The folks at Infinite Product Solutions sent a PROTOTYPE .22LR/.223/5.56 barrel device for testing & review. It solves two very unrelated issues: first, it helps to control muzzle rise; and second, it helps to clean your barrel. They asked to put it through its paces ... so let's do it! Here in PART 4, we'll shoot it on an M4 (AR-15) semiauto with NATO 5.56 ammo to see how it performs as a muzzle brake...
