PLDT's "Waiting In Line" Challenge.
Our internet connection has been acting up a lot lately, so, I took the challenge and waited for about an hour to get an update of my repair ticket.
At around 2AM last June 25, our connection was out for about 12 hours straight. It came back at around 2PM of the same day
At around 11PM, it was out again, then came back after about a minute or 3.
11:30PM, it was out again, then came back after about a minute or 3 again.
Then was out again at around 11:40PM, then came back again, then was out again at around 1:44AM on July 26, came back... was out again at 2:38AM, came back, was out again at 3:51AM, came back, then was out again at 4:12AM, then came back again.
No issues so far now, and they said that their technicians would come, but it's 3PM already, so, the chances of them still arriving are low.
Although, to be fair, these days, off-times do not always occur, but it's always a hassle to contact them when it does.
What's also annoying is they keep on pestering me to upgrade, even though my account is already subscribed to the upgrade that they are offering. It's just that, they transferred my subscription to that upgrade because my account is still subscribed to a legacy plan, and that plan does not exist anymore, so, now, I'm paying around 100Php. less for the same plan, which is "Plan 2999".
