My family recently invested on getting our very own home server by purchasing a Synology DS420J+ NAS bundled with 4 units of 4TB Seagate Iron Wolf NAS HDDs.

If you're curious on what I installed and use in our server. So far I have,
1. DS Video - to share movies, tv shows, home videos with my family (as a media server)
2. Moments - to backup my phone's video and photos (as a cloud server)
3. Synology Drive/DS File - to share files with my family
4. Download Station - to manage all my downloads
5. I also save my IP security cameras there as a back-up (real-time saving);
