First of all, happy new year everyone. It's good to see you again!
Wow, 2020 was as long as it was brutal! Never have I worked so hard in my life, because of conversion, switching from month to month because of COVID-19. As many of you now, most of my income comes from gourmet- and michelin restaurants and courses/workshops. and oh boy, was that affected oe what?
First I lost two major orders from two michelin restaurants (one of them is the most hyped in the world, 2020). Very quickly I began to make more videos, here and on Boon.tv. In the beginning it was all pretty easy to do, but suddenly when everything started to open, the orders come rushing, and.. to be honest.. I totally burned out on making videos. Really..
But now I feel that I'm more or less back on track with my new GoPro9, which will make it easier and more convenient for me. The quality might not be the same, but to be honest I don't think it will matter. Actually, I think this will make it more fun, enjoyable and make better content for you guys.
