Most of the severe weather from this batch of storms stayed north of Minneapolis in Anoka Co. That area experienced tornadoes and damaging winds.
My location was at the tail end of a major supercell that produced a tornado in Oak Grove, MN. Further north from there in Isanti, MN, reports of tornado damage there.
I heard from several people who believed they witnessed a weak funnel cloud forming over Lake Calhoun as it moved eastward and eventually right over my location. Did I capture that rotation on this video? You be the judge!
