Throttle Interface explained by example
This is my throttle interface which is designed to work with the many variants of Chinese ebike and escooter controllers that are commonly used and produced by Xie Chang and other companies. It addresses the sensitivity issues the throttle has on high powered setups due to the throttle having only about 80 degrees of rotation from off to wide open throttle. Because these controllers are speed based it can make for a very hard to control setup. I am currently using this interface on 2 of my ebikes and have others testing 7 other units on their bikes.
Sorry the video is a bit long, but I wanted to try and explain what it does and the basic setup of the controller.
