Guard Against S.I.D.S., Keep the Nursery Cool!
I go over a small thing I built to help warn us if the temperature in the nursery is too hot. Studies show that a nursery that is too warm may be a contributing factor to sudden Infant death syndrome (SIDS). By keeping the nursery between 68-72 degrees F (20-22.2 C) you can reduce the risk of SIDS.
You can also buy video baby monitors that have all this built in as well but those can be expensive.
