Ingredients:
250g buckwheat
Water for soaking: Place the buckwheat in a bowl and soak with twice the amount of water for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight. Then rinse in a sieve under running water until the slimy residue is gone.
... A splash of lemon juice
2-3 bananas
100-200 ml water
This is your breakfast porridge 🤩
If you've made extra buckwheat porridge, you can use it to make pancakes. Just add a little cream of tartar baking powder:
about 1/2 to 1 tsp
then mix well and bake!
