2. By default, it records only deletions.
3. No Selection or No: No audit history is recorded.

5. Complete History: All changes, including updates, are recorded.
6. Default Screen, Label, and API Subversion are generally not important and can be ignored.
7. Workflow Routing ensures that changes go through an approval process before being saved.
8. Workflows are assigned in the Configure Object Definition.
9. Pending Data set to Yes requires approval for changes; No allows changes to be saved without approval.
10. These settings control the approval process and how changes are managed within the system.
