1st Villa Purchase!
Prior to the pandemic I had signed up for this Villa and during the time it took to be build the price went up about $40,000! I almost did not purchase it because of the increase but I'm glad I did because as you probably already know after I locked in the increased price IT KEPT GOING UP! In just 1 year now I have a nice amount of equity.
