In the first video, an autistic job seeker struggles to do his best because his request for accommodations were not met, and the attitude of the hiring manager was very condescending.
In contrast, the second interviewer had the right mindset to invite request for accommodations from the start. We can see that the autistic job seeker felt more at ease and was able to respond well to the questions.
