In this exciting video, we recreate the famous Apollo lunar gravity experiment where astronauts dropped a feather and a hammer on the surface of the Moon. Using a vacuum chamber, we demonstrate how gravity affects different materials when there’s no atmosphere to create air resistance.

Our experiment starts with a feather and a piece of metal, similar to the iconic Apollo 15 test. By removing air from the vacuum chamber, we eliminate atmospheric drag, allowing us to observe the true effects of gravitational acceleration. Watch as both the feather and the metal fall at the same rate, clearly demonstrating that in a vacuum, all objects experience the same acceleration due to gravity.

We also add a variety of materials, including glitter and confetti, to the experiment to show how they behave under the same conditions.
