This series will be at least a year long while you learn the basics of culinary arts, much like I did in culinary school, as I am going to use my education and experience as a template to teach you.
I'm very excited to try to help you, and so many others, learn more about cooking and food from the ground up from a professional perspective, and provide you the skills and information to become faster, more confident, and more efficient in your home kitchen.
