Keep Going Farida
This is a Kafi (poem) written by Farid Shakarganj (1173-1266). Most verses of this kafi are included in Granth Sahib, the Sikhs divine book. I translated this from punjabi to english. The translation is not literal but attempts to capture the essence of the kafi.
