Saloua enrolled in class, thinking her personal stories had no place in her buttoned up professional life. But in our work together, she recognized that her personal stories are what helped her connect with the audience. In digging deep to find stories to present in class, she realized she didn't want to be a traditional banker anymore.
Right before class ended, she traded in a 10 year career in traditional banking for entrepreneurial life. She is starting a fund to change the way women invest in women.
