The 11th Annual Show of Strength will be held on Saturday, August 15th at Hidden Gym!
New Addition! - Deadlift Song Selection! We will have a live DJ out for the event putting on hard hitting tunes all day, but we are going to give lifters the option to supply up to 3 songs for all 3 deadlift attempts. Got that song you put on for your PR attempts?! We got you covered.
