It is hard to find Melbourne makeup artists. Do you go for price, products used, experience?
Well the answer is all of the above.
Price: Not because they are cheap, not because they are the most expensive... Cheap doesn't need to be explained. However I know of some Melbourne makeup artists running around town saying they are the best because they have worked on an Australian TV show.
