Bipolar sucks, there's no way around that and while it sometimes makes life impossible, that's not the case all of the time. You can live with bipolar and you can have a normal and happy life too—you just need to find a treatment plan that works for you. That doesn't always have to mean medication (it's not for everyone, I suppose) but in my case, it did.
