White arrow pulse: Material proxies
White arrow pointer follow: VSCRIPT
All directional booster: VSCRIPT
Glowing concrete lines: Material illumination map + player speed material proxy.
Refracting portal: Refract material shader with animated normal map.
Refract screen effect: r_screenoverlay using the same refracting portal texture, duration effect is done using VSCRIPTs
