The pressure gauges of the MW series are available with a bottom or back entry connection. The pressure gauge uses a tubular spring principle, also known as the bourdon principle. They are suitable for clean and non-viscous liquids and gases such as compressed air or water.

The case diameter is 40, 50 or 63 mm. The accuracy class for the steel case is 1.6 percent and for the plastic case 2.5 percent. This means that if you have a pressure gauge with a steel case and a maximum pressure of 10 bar, the pressure gauge will have a deviation of plus or minus 0.16 bar.

This number indicates the maximum positive or negative deviation. The measuring range for the pressure gauges of this series ranges from -1 to 400 bar and the scale varies from 0.02 to 50 bar.
The connection has a thread size of 1/8th or quarter inch and is made of brass. Therefore, ensure that your medium is compatible with brass.

As a rule of thumb, choose a pressure gauge where the operating pressure does not exceed 75% of the maximum scale value. For pulsating pressures, an operating pressure around 65% of the maximum scale value is advised. Do you have pulsating pressures or vibrations? Take a look at our oil-filled gauges. The oil in these pressure gauges dampens the vibrations, indicating an average constant value.

Three reasons why the MW pressure gauge is the perfect product for you:
It is reliable and cost-efficient
It is designed according to the EN 837-1 standard
It is available in vacuum versions
