Mississippi Pot Roast/ instapot style!!

ingredients:
2 to 3 lbs chuck roast
4 c beef broth
1clove garlic ( optional)
1 jar pepperchini
1 pkg au just
1 pkg Mississippi pot roast seasoning
1/2 stick unsalted butter
directions:
cut roast in half, sear in pot or pan, add juice from peppers,add garlic and 3 c broth add both pkgs of spices, add peppers, dust with ranch turn on pressure cook for 60 min let release natural for 15 min, add additional cup of broth and stir! enjoy!
