We all wear masks at times but not all of them are worn for deceit. Some masks are a product of unseen things like love and fear and rage and the struggle to interpret all the combinations formed. Sometimes the realization of these masks can be found by a dance that frees and excites. The dance can allow us to be compassionate towards ourselves. When this dance begins there doesnt seem to be a tangible change, but as it progresses the disguise begins to loosen. As we spin with true honest movements, the mask naturally frees itself. The new view of ourselves becomes apparent and reveals truths that we were unwilling to identify. The dance is a constant rhythm that creates a continual change of truth.
My dance has the centrifugal force of two. Dancing has allowed my mask to become free and has revealed to me the healing power of true honesty.
Also, I want to thank Levi Weaver for letting me use his musical creativity to compliment my visual message. The song is titled Were Tornadoes When We Dance. You can purchase it at LeviWeaver.com
