A COMMISSIONED PAINTING FOR A CLIENTS WEDDING.This painting did not come easily. It took many hours to finally get the concept down. I started the video showing the original concept. It was to be you and Chad with a tree growing between you to signify your joint love for nature. I spent many hours on this. It never worked. The creative break came when I realized that the tree was in between you both and was a division showing your individual love for nature. The truth is that you both have a special love for each other and nature as a couple. Together, not separate. I just let it go and painted what came out of my spirit. I saw you leaning on Chad's shoulder and really resting in his love and protection. You are both looking at a glorious sunrise signifying new beginnings for you as a couple. The shape around your heads also resembles a human embryo signifying the child God is going to bless you with. Again, new beginnings forever. You are both inside of this shape because your child will have both of you inside of him or her. The leaves represent the tree you planted at your wedding. It represents the continual growth you will experience together. On the outside are shapes that resemble two trees, which represent you as individuals. Both strong and well rooted. Carrie says they look like waves to her which could represent the trials of life that come your way but you are always together in the center relying on each other. All of these things symbolize the new beginnings you will have forever. -IVAN
