A for loop is typically used to iterate a dictionary. When iterating through a dictionary, the Python interpreter creates a hash of each key
There are some useful view object (read-only) methods for dictionaries:

dict.items() - Returns a view object of tuples: (key, value)
dict.keys() - Returns a view object of dictionary keys
dict.values() - Returns a view object of dictionary values
