Hammock Hanging Convention 2016 At Doe Lake
Just returned from a weekend trip to the sixth annual Florida Hanging convention at Doe Lake in the Ocala National forest. This was my second year attending and I have to say it was great to see many of the people I met last year and meet new folks. Those guys really know how to organize a hang. I had a opportunity to show off my gear and introduce alcohol stoves as well as my cooking gear to allot of people new to Hammocks.
This year my primary goal was to try and meet more people and be more active in the goings on at the hang and not just a vendor.
