In this session I will guide you through creating a fully automated Document Approval System using a PowerApp application embeded in a Teams Tab to trigger and check the status of the instances of your Document Approval process. Along with a PowerAutomate flow that will send approval adaptive cards as the Flow Bot to get the validation from the approvers and generate a PDF out of your document and put it in a validated document Team once the document is approved. From the submition to the validation the users will stay in Teams, no need to jump from sharepoint to outlook to teams.
