START A GAME AS Someone with a dragon - see if it's loaded correctly
Start a game 280 A.C or later
Be a Valyrian blooded person
Dragon blood becomes active after bonding with a dragon, 3 Generations after will have a higher chance of bonding.
Send someone to Valyria
Get a dragon egg - Select the dragon egg option -
Travel around Westeros (Naturally) - play the game, go to tournaments and weddings and feasts
Find dragon lore locations - the more dragon lore locations, the better boosts it gives you.
Go to dragon stone MOST IMPORTANT - it has a Dragonmont using that fire will give you the best chance, in needs to be HOT!!
Host a dragon Hatching - invite your family - dragon blooded people only,
SAVE THE GAME!
Bring your family to the hatching
Go through choices - BEST seems to be the magic one with a Valyrian Warlock with a blood scarifies from all in attendance - as all have dragon blood seems to work!!
you can also select someone to be killed for the dragon to be born, if they are unaware I think it rolls a destined dragon, its like their soul went into the dragon or as payment
DRAGON IS BORN!
