Web Development Tutorial/PHP - Part 32 --- Last Insert ID
It's a lovely little function that we can use in PHP that allows us to get the last inserted id, or identifier, of the most recent entry into the table. We will be able to do this for far more interesting purposes in the near future. When we start putting this new site together, you'll see a reason to manipulate in this manner.
