Long-Nosed bats (Leptonycteris yerbabuenae) lick nectar from the banana flower, a tear-shaped blossom hanging off the end of banana clusters.
Filmed in Curaçao, a Caribbean island off the coast of Venezuela, the fruit bats wait until dusk to search for food such as fruit, nectar, and pollen.
